WHY DO YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS? Not everyone in politics is who they seem. Some … more than you might suspect … really do have criminal backgrounds that would surprise you. We have talked about Corporate Psychopathy (HERE) and how it is pervasive in politics as well … so checking facts is always a good idea.
Remember, nothing is what it seems in politics!!!

SLED Citizens Access to Criminal Histories (CATCH):
First, it should be a relatively simple system, but there are a significant number of “Terms and Conditions” you should be aware of first. It is all on the landing page, and we won’t repeat them all here … but read them before going forward … in fact you have to before proceeding (HERE).
Second, realize there is a non-refundable fee, so if the person does not have a public criminal record, you do not get your money back.
FEE: $25 (plus $1 online convenience fee)
DISCOUNTED FEE: $8 for non-profits (must have an account)
Third, the minimum information required for a SLED Criminal Background Check is:
Last name
First name
Date of Birth
Gender
SEND US YOUR RESULTS
If you find anything interesting, feel free to send it to us. We have seen some rather interesting SLED and other criminal background reports on “political” individuals that would probably shock you.
If you happen to know a better background or criminal records search tool … perhaps something that is national or more in-depth … please let us know. SLED Catch is the official search tool, but there may be unofficial vendors out there with more comprehensive information.

It was a clean sweep for the MAGA America First contingent at the Greenville County Republican Party (GCRP) Convention on Monday April 14th … with Jeff Davis (Chairman), Yvonne Julian (State EC) & Mike Voaden (1st Vice Chair) all winning by acclimation … and the MAGA America First slate of 90 State Delegates & all 90 State Alternates won in a landslide vote.
It could not have been a more textbook operation …
We will have the convention video posted later today … to include keynote speaker Steve Bannon of War Room, State Treasurer Curtis Loftis, Congresswoman Nancy Mace & WORD Host Bill Frady. Stay tuned …
However we do have the video from Jeff Davis’ follow-up appearance on WAR ROOM with Steve Bannon Tuesday morning following the GCRP Convention. (See both videos below.)
The Precinct Strategy
Dan Schultz’s Precinct Strategy works … and Greenville County is one of the prime national examples of how to make it work. Now we just need to DO IT in all 46 counties in South Carolina … and all 3,144 counties in the United States.
MAGA DREAMS BIG!!!
This is everything mySCGOP is about!!! We have taught the Precinct Strategy ever since rolling out on January 21st, 2021 … the day after BIDEN was inaugurated … to FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT back when it was the darkest days of the MAGA America First movement.
And ask yourself, “who” doesn’t like mySCGOP? RINOs maybe? Folks that do not want to be held accountable for their actions?
It is all very simple to see “who is who” … just watch “who” trashes mySCGOP on social media … or “who” cowers away from associating with mySCGOP … and that is your answer.
Today is the big day for the GREENVILLE COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY (GCRP) County Convention. The keynote speaker will be STEVE BANNON of the WAR ROOM … and we will have Congresswoman Nancy Mace & SC State Treasurer Curtis Loftis. Bill Frady of 98.9 WORD will be our special host for the event.
We could all not be more excited!!!
All are welcome & invited … for more information see below or click HERE.
WAR R0OM &
the SC TRUMP AGENDA?
It is a quick 7 minutes and 46 seconds video … but if you want to hear someone tell it like it is here in South Carolina, listen to the below video from STEVE BANNON’s War Room this past Saturday.
We talked about South Carolina being rated the most liberal “Red State” in the Nation by CPAC, Lindsey Graham … Drew McKissick / Ronna McDaniel … School Choice & K-12 Education Failures in SC … and the fact South Carolina has the highest marginal tax rate in the entire southeast – and legislators lying to us about it!!!
The MAGA America First TRUMP agenda has skipped over South Carolina … and we need to clean it up down to the precinct roots – all 2,307 PRECINCTS!!! It’s time to completely start over with any elected officials that do not want to get on board the TRUMP TRAIN for real … and the countdown is below.
Jeff Davis is co-founder of mySCGOP.com. Jeff is a ’89 graduate of The Citadel and in 1993 received his Law/MBAfrom USC. A tax attorney / CPA licensed in Georgia, Jeff is an uncompromised school choice advocate for K-12 children with special needs. Originally from Charleston, and having practiced in Atlanta, Jeff and his wife Olga now live in Greenville. Jeff completed his two year term as Greenville County Republican Party Chairman and is currently serving as GCRP State Executive Committeeman.
Jeff is also “barred” from attending the SCGOP State Executive Committee Meetings (HERE). Why? Because he dared to run against Drew McKissick for SCGOP Chairman – coming in 2nd with Drew only being reelected by 1.8% (HERE & HERE) – and in September 2021 he told the State Executive Committee that Chad Connelly had been under SLED investigation for a year and a half … and it was true (HERE & HERE).

Get’ta Steppin Podcast with Jeff Davis – 4/3/2025 (HERE)
We had a great time with the gentlemen from Freedoms Fence-Line (HERE) & the Get’ta Steppin Podcast (HERE) last night. It was two hours of discussion in northern Spartanburg County, specifically Campabello, about “Jeff Davis”, Closed Primaries, Lobbyist, School Choice, the Newberry Lawsuit … how we fix this political mess we have in South Carolina (#NeverSURRENDER!!!) … the state of the SCGOP / Drew McKissick and a couple points about Drew’s mentor CHAD CONNELLY and how nobody has paid back the missing $275,406 misappropriated from K-12 children with special needs.
“Where is the $275,406 Attorney General Alan Wilson? “
-Jeff Davis
A huge thank you to Bryan Alverson, Keith Taylor & Lou Nespeca for the invitation and know that I’ll happily return anytime and would love to be a substitute co-host anytime!!! It was a fun time!!!
See you guys on April 14th as our Special Guests at the Greenville County Republican Party County Convention. Hope everyone will JOIN US!!!

It may have been official before … but it is undeniable now … Treasurer Curtis Loftis is running for re-election!!! We could not be more excited because Curtis is literally the most popular elected official in the State of South Carolina … and he is one of, if not “the” most honest. If you want to know about the corruption going on in Columbia & with our State Government … listen to Curtis!!!
Here is just one quote from the FITSNews interview to explain it all – and quote that we could not agree with more (from our own personal experience):
“If you stand up to the power structure, you’re going to get hit.“
-Treasurer Curtis Loftis
And standing up to the power structure in Columbia is exactly what Curtis has done for the citizens of South Carolina since his inauguration on January 12th, 2011 … and like others that have stood up, Curtis has been beat up unmercifully over it.
Literally, right now, certain SC State Senators (more on “who & why” later – but hint: Larry Grooms & Stephen Goldfinch) are trying to pin a $1.8 BILLION accounting issue that has nothing to do with the Treasurer’s Office on Curtis. It is utter insanity … and we wrote about it back on February 10th (see HERE) … but it is Columbia & South Carolina Politics (and corruption – that we are determined to keep EXPOSING!!!)
Thank You Curtis Loftis!!!
A huge THANK YOU from the grassroots activists to Treasurer Curtis Loftis for sticking it out for another term for the citizens and taxpayers of South Carolina. We know you didn’t intend to run for another term … and would like to enjoy retirement … (like the rest of us!!!) … but once you see the CORRUPTION IN SOUTH CAROLINA, how do you walk away? Good men, like Curtis, can’t walk away. Neither can we!!!
