Charleston Cheat? Release the results!!!

GREENVILLE WIN … LEADS TO CHARLESTON CHEAT?

Published

on

We must quickly mention the Greenville WIN however, because this win is creating the need for a CHARLESTON CHEAT!!!

#fireDrew McKissick was 100% counting on Greenville leadership and state delegates going his way.  The SCGOP illegally took over the GCRP ReOrg & County Convention.  Then the RINOs, the “old guard”, the “establishment” … and even people that talk like us, but are really controlled by the RINOs, were manipulated against America FIRST.  The deals cut must have been over the top.

And yes … similar to Charleston and their 70 delegates, in Greenville the opposition used a supposedly conservative high powered “Political Consultant” (one that talks like us) to implement the assault on America FIRST … but it did not work!!!

IT IS ALL ABOUT THE NUMBERS!!!

But the loss of 85 delegates in Greenville has now created the situation where the SCGOP needs to find #fireDREW delegates somewhere else … or at least STOP the flood of other America FIRST delegates somewhere else … enter Charleston.

Simply stated, the #fireDREW Crew have all the data, know all the State Delegates, they know the numbers … and they must be worried … so they are pulling out all the stops.

CHARLESTON LEADERSHIP WINS:  Last Saturday, it was clear that America FIRST had a huge win in Charleston.  They won everything except the Chairman position which narrowly appears to have gone to the SCGOP backed Chairman candidate Andrew Boucher.  [NOTE:  Remember, Andrew Boucher is the candidate the establishment was trying to harvest 150 Form 1s to before the current CCRP Chairman exposed that cheat.  Thank you Maurice Washington!!! See HERE.]

It also appears the STATE DELEGATES may have gone 100% to America FIRST as well.  Why would we guess that?  Because the SCGOP backed Chairman Andrew Boucher is REFUSING TO RELEASE THE RESULTS!!!

Why won’t Andrew release the results?  Ironically the establishment now seem to care about election integrity.  Isn’t that interesting.  See the email from Andrew Boucher (Political consultant & Chair elect – the one seat America FIRST lost) … but be warned, it is a long one!!!

One can only consider … “Thou doth protest too much.”

SOME IMPORTANT HOUSEKEEPING

First, thank you for entrusting me with the position of Charleston County Republican Party Chairman.  I look forward to working with you in the months and years ahead.   I want to provide an update on the results from the convention.  Bear with me, as this is long.  It is also important.

On Tuesday, I received a formal complaint about voting irregularities regarding the state delegate ballot from Tim Cox, a delegate and executive committeeman from St. Andrews 21.  The complaint was addressed to the SCGOP, and I immediately forwarded it to the state chairman and executive director.  Since then, there have been multiple similar allegations.

There have also been known issues with the ballot irregularities, with multiple names improperly omitted and multiple names duplicated.  On this situation, a very clear picture of just how those irregularities occurred has developed. The worst possible outcome would be for Charleston’s delegates to the state convention to not be seated due to an unresolved dispute over credentials and voting. Here where things stand. Yesterday morning, I received the official report from the Credentials Committee and immediately forwarded it to the state party – for reasons explained below.   Due to the nature of the allegations, I believe the vote for state delegate may now be in dispute, and it is my responsibility to determine how that dispute can be resolved or remedied – if at all. Again, we can not be in a position where our delegates do not get seated at the state convention.  I will make a decision either today or tomorrow after consultation with counsel. This is where things get interesting.

The Charleston County Republican Party and The Charleston County Republican Convention are separate entities.  There is a clear and deliberate separation of powers – a concept that we conservatives should understand. As chairman of the Charleston County Republican Party, my powers regarding the convention, the balloting, and anything having to do with the results are limited.  This is why I have intentionally recused myself from anything having to do with the balloting or counting being done by the Credentials Committee and Teller Committee. In fact, as chairman, the only reason I received the report and was required to forward it to the state party is because the convention did not elect a secretary.  It is the convention secretary who is supposed to send the results to the state party.  Rules provide for the county party chairman to perform that duty in the absence of the secretary, but the rule gives clear preference to the secretary because, again, the chairman’s role in the convention is limited by design.
As the convention did not elect a secretary, I received the report and sent it to the state party, seeing my role as solely to perform the proscribed duties of the convention secretary.  Or, to put it another way, if a convention secretary had sent the results to the state party, I would never have been involved in the process at all and would have never received the list. Quite simply, by a reading of the rules and with deference to the unique and separate powers of the convention, the state delegate list is not mine to release at my discretion.  That is the rule.  Again, the state delegates are elected by the Charleston County Republican Convention to represent Charleston at the state convention.  They are not under the purview of the Charleston County Republican Party.

Serious Concerns

As for the issue at hand, my greatest concern is that due to pending disputes, our delegates would not be seated at the state convention. Furthermore, allegations of cheating against a fellow Republican are serious and will be treated as such.  If someone makes an allegation, it doesn’t go away because the results of the election in question go one way or another. Even with a situation we now are in, the convention has the sole power.  Rule 10 of the state party bylaws, which governs appeals, goes even further regarding the independence of the convention, stating, “…all questions pertaining to the seating of delegates at all levels shall be determined by the convention, meeting, or body.”

My only decision – and my only power in this situation – is whether or not to reconvene the convention in some form to ensure Charleston’s delegates have their voice heard, nothing more. Whether or not the credentialing process, ballot creation, vote, and counting undermined the voice of the delegates and put the seating of our state delegates at risk is my only standard in making this decision, and even then, only the convention is able to actually choose delegates. If fraud did occur, we need to know that, and I trust that anyone in a similar situation would want to be judicious, fair, and deliberate through this process.

Finally, the volunteers who planned and ran the convention, especially those who served on the Credentials and Teller Committees, have put in untold hours in the past two weeks.  They are our fellow Republicans.  They deserve our respect and our thanks. Sometimes allegations can come from a place of inquiry or honest confusion. However, if the allegations prove to be unfounded, fabricated, and malicious, those making them should re-evaluate how they treat those who are volunteering their time and energy to help run this party.

Chairman

CALL TO ACTION

RELEASE THE RESULTS!

This is not complicated.  We all appreciate the establishment now caring about election integrity … welcome to our fight … but if there are issues, that should not prevent releasing the results.

It only appears now that the reason the results won’t be released is because America FIRST WON!!! End that debate and provide 100% transparency to all the parties involved.  Republicans should not have to fight other Republicans for truth and transparency.

A legal demand letter has been sent to Andrew Boucher (CCRP Chair elect) & Maurice Washington (current CCRP Chair) to release the results.  See below.

ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING.

We do not cheat … we do not have to cheat.  We set the example … and that example is truth & transparency.  We hope Andrew Boucher & Maurice Washington will do the right thing as well.

Release the results ASAP & investigate the complaint with 100% transparency.

WAR R0OM &

the SC TRUMP AGENDA?

It is a quick 7 minutes and 46 seconds video … but if you want to hear someone tell it like it is here in South Carolina, listen to the below video from STEVE BANNON’s War Room this past Saturday.

We talked about South Carolina being rated the most liberal “Red State” in the Nation by CPAC, Lindsey Graham … Drew McKissick / Ronna McDaniel … School Choice & K-12 Education Failures in SC … and the fact South Carolina has the highest marginal tax rate in the entire southeast – and legislators lying to us about it!!!

The MAGA America First TRUMP agenda has skipped over South Carolina … and we need to clean it up down to the precinct roots – all 2,307 PRECINCTS!!!  It’s time to completely start over with any elected officials that do not want to get on board the TRUMP TRAIN for real … and the countdown is below.

Jeff Davis is co-founder of mySCGOP.com. Jeff is a ’89 graduate of The Citadel and in 1993 received his Law/MBA from USC. A tax attorney / CPA licensed in Georgia, Jeff is an uncompromised school choice advocate for K-12 children with special needs. Originally from Charleston, and having practiced in Atlanta, Jeff and his wife Olga now live in Greenville. Jeff completed his two year term as Greenville County Republican Party Chairman and is currently serving as GCRP State Executive Committeeman.

Jeff is also “barred” from attending the SCGOP State Executive Committee Meetings (HERE). Why? Because he dared to run against Drew McKissick for SCGOP Chairman – coming in 2nd with Drew only being reelected by 1.8% (HERE & HERE) – and in September 2021 he told the State Executive Committee that Chad Connelly had been under SLED investigation for a year and a half … and it was true (HERE & HERE).

Where is the $275,406 Attorney General Alan Wilson?

Curtis Loftis Running for Re-Election in 2026!!!

Thank You Sir!!!

Published

on

FITSNews Video (4/1/2025): HERE

It may have been official before … but it is undeniable now … Treasurer Curtis Loftis is running for re-election!!!  We could not be more excited because Curtis is literally the most popular elected official in the State of South Carolina … and he is one of, if not “the” most honest.  If you want to know about the corruption going on in Columbia & with our State Government … listen to Curtis!!!

Here is just one quote from the FITSNews interview to explain it all – and quote that we could not agree with more (from our own personal experience):

If you stand up to the power structure, you’re going to get hit.

-Treasurer Curtis Loftis

And standing up to the power structure in Columbia is exactly what Curtis has done for the citizens of South Carolina since his inauguration on January 12th, 2011 … and like others that have stood up, Curtis has been beat up unmercifully over it.

Literally, right now, certain SC State Senators (more on “who & why” later – but hint:  Larry Grooms & Stephen Goldfinch) are trying to pin a $1.8 BILLION accounting issue that has nothing to do with the Treasurer’s Office on Curtis.  It is utter insanity … and we wrote about it back on February 10th (see HERE) … but it is Columbia & South Carolina Politics (and corruption – that we are determined to keep EXPOSING!!!)

A huge THANK YOU from the grassroots activists to Treasurer Curtis Loftis for sticking it out for another term for the citizens and taxpayers of South Carolina.  We know you didn’t intend to run for another term … and would like to enjoy retirement … (like the rest of us!!!) …  but once you see the CORRUPTION IN SOUTH CAROLINA, how do you walk away?  Good men, like Curtis, can’t walk away.  Neither can we!!!

SCGOP Chairman’s Race – The Crazy Has Begun!

Here we go again … lol

Published

on

mySCGOP.news (4/8/2023): HERE

Friends, we are 32 days out from the 2025 SCGOP State Convention. We know the date is May 3rd … we just do not know the time or location yet … but that is how the SCGOP under Drew McKissick operates … and that is why “normal” people all think we need a change in leadership. Yes, TRUMP fired  Drew McKissick in 2024 (HERE & HERE) – and so should South Carolina!!!

Now, many of you have started receiving the bi-annual “anonymous” emails (and you should expect anonymous mailers too – they spend serious money to keep their jobs and cronies in place).  This year the ANONYMOUS emails are from some greenvillefedup@proton.me email address claiming to be “The Committee to Expose Jeff Davis” … the key word ANONYMOUS!!!

It is cute … an “anonymous committee” that is so interested in saving DREW MCKISSICK & the SC Freedom Caucus … whoops, I mean they are trying to “save South Carolina & America” … who is so courageous (like our founding Fathers) that they have to remain anonymous.  Yes, note sarcasm!

Know one thing … no one doing the right thing has to remain anonymous … especially in politics.

Yes, it is the same political tactic used every two years at this time in ReOrg (2021, 2023 & now 2025) … (#1) anonymous emails / mailers sending a bunch of slanderous and defamatory information (in this case saying that I have committed crimes & FORGED documents – both actionable lies) & (#2) “reputable” RINOs forwarding it around like it is the gospel from CNN News.  Yes … just like #FakeNews CNN … and just like the mainstream media has done to conservatives … especially ones they fear, like President TRUMP.

Now … the key is to watch the people that forward it around … those are the people you have to watch out about.  What does the Bible say about people spreading rumors and lies???  😉

The “smart” thing to do is IGNORE anything in politics from ANONYMOUS sources … we have said that forever … and stay FOCUSED ON MISSION!!!  All of this is purposeful distraction, ignore it … but, if you like, you can read about the lies from 2023 … mySCGOP.news (4/8/2023) HERE.

BONUS CONTENT:  What I do like about this year’s “first” anonymous hit piece … they actually accuse me of working with the RINO “establishment” down in Columbia to pass our SCHOOL CHOICE bill helping K-12 Children with Special Needs.  What this “committee” seems to have forgotten, it was the RINO “establishment” (Speaker Murrell Smith, Ways & Means Chairman Bruce Bannister, etc. – along with the SC Freedom Caucus) that KILLED our $55 MILLION “real” school choice bill.  Why would we be working with the people that killed our bill and have cost kids $165 MILLION and counting … not to mention the cost to South Carolina taxpayers???

And, do note that “The (Anonymous) Committee” really goes hard after a good Christian Republican candidate up here in Greenville that ran against Representative ALAN MORGAN (R – Greenville) … you know, the Freedom Caucus brother of ADAM MORGAN.  Why would a hit piece on me go on and on about an opponent of ALAN MORGAN.  More on that later too.

Yes … we think the anonymous email is coming from the SC Freedom Caucus (or their employee / supporters) … it fits with their reputation of dirty politics they have up here in Greenville, SC (and now spreading across SC).

Real Name:  Kathleen C. Dipasquale

(Names she uses online to disguise her identity: Kasey Grado & Kathleen Christine)

And what I really like seeing is that from the other side of the “crazy train” … some people actually think and are spreading the rumor that we are working WITH the SC Freedom Caucus.  That all of this “fight” (which is hard to understand because if the Freedom Caucus is what they say they are, we would be working together) is some sort of “staged theater”.

Does anyone really think ADAM MORGAN purposely lost his Congressional primary race (because we did not support him) last June 11th, 2024 (mySCGOP.news, July 11, 2024:  HERE) … and he lost A LOT of local people’s money (including a $275,000 personal loan to his campaign – that has not been paid back)… as some grander scheme to “keep WE THE PEOPLE at each others throats” so you all don’t realize that Jeff Davis & the SC Freedom Caucus are “pushing the same agenda”.

YES … I admit … Mrs. Dipasquale (aka Kasey Grado from Easley, SC) is correct in one part … I am pushing the agenda the SC Freedom Caucus “says” they are pushing … yes, SAYS (but isn’t really doing).  Remember, it is the SC Freedom Caucus that REFUSES to come to the table with us to work against the RINO establishment … and it is the SC Freedom Caucus that is pushing BIG GOV’T (faux) School Choice (#FollowTheMONEY) … and it is the SC Freedom Caucus that pushed through the Democrat Pre-K reading program FIRST STEPS into permanent law (2/16/2024 HERE & 6/20/2023 HERE) … and it is the SC Freedom Caucus who for the 3rd ReOrg in a row that is helping save the biggest RINO of them all, DREW MCKISSICK.

We want a hero … but in our assessment the RINO Establishment & the SC Freedom Caucus are two sides of the same coin.  (mySCGOP.news. 3/14/2025 HERE).  We won’t get out of this mess is we keep falling for the same old tricks.

Are we going to keep falling for these political tricks???  The same manipulative tricks that got our country in this mess in the first place???  Are we going to pay attention to “anonymous” emails … or known bad actors like the Kasey Grado’s of the world??? These people will never stop because they are typically political consultants and paid actors … they only need to impact 2% or 5% of the readers (in this case) to save DREW MCKISSICK’s butt at the May 3rd SCGOP State Convention.

Again, the “smart” thing to do is IGNORE anything in politics from (#1) ANONYMOUS sources, (#2) known known bad actors, (#3) people that refuse to come to the table for debate, or (#4) anyone that refused Radical Transparency. We have said this forever … its not complicated, but human nature is to focus on “drama”. IGNORE DRAMA!!! Stay FOCUSED ON MISSION!!!  All of this is purposeful distraction … if you listen to it, you let it win.

2025 SCGOP CHAIR RACE: Finally, the real irony in all this is that these attacks all mention me running for SCGOP Chairman … which I have said nothing about formally.  Am I the scariest candidate NOT in the race???  Probably so when the loudest opponent for DREW, who is being pushed by the SC Freedom Caucus to split the vote again and help DREW MCKISSICK get re-elected, is a former member of the occult (or was she a witch, I’ll have to check and write more later).  See HERE for a small sample of the crazy.

Again, the crazy is crazy … and it is actually much worse than you can imagine.

TRUMP “Endorses” Lindsey Graham?

Of course he did! Did anyone expect any different?

Published

on

See the TRUTH Social post HERE. Did anyone expect anything different?  Did anyone really expect President TRUMP to come out publicly against one of the most powerful US Senators – Chair of the Senate Budget Committee?  “Republicans” barely control the US Senate with 53 members … and that 53 is not dependable 24/7.

Remember … it was Pete Hegseth (HERE) who’s confirmation needed a tie-breaking vote by Vice President JD Vance for him to become TRUMP’s US Secretary of Defense.

You simply can’t count on 100% of the “Republicans” in the US Senate to vote conservative or for the TRUMP Agenda.

If you were President TRUMP and Lindsey asked you to endorse him now … what would you do?  Did you expect President TRUMP to say “NO”???  Of course he said yes … and I’d bet anything President TRUMP got whatever he wanted for the endorsement.

Plus … does TRUMP really need the distraction of an “at risk” Senator being taken out of the 53 US Senate majority?  Lindsey is a known entity … and TRUMP knows how to handle Lindsey.

If you want to take out Senator Lindsey Graham on June 9th, 2026, you need one of two things:

(#1) a currently viable candidates with $100 million in the bank (or the ability to raise that kind of money – at least $25 or $40 million) … or

(#2) a currently viable opposition “Grassroots” organization to take Lindsey down from the inside in favor of a more reliable “Republican”.

And if you want to know the RINO talking points … just take a look at what Senator Graham’s long term (27 years – now retired) Senate Communications Director Kevin Bishop (HERE) had to say.

In many ways Mr. Bishop is completely right … but if he were that “right” about everything Mr. Bishop would not have come in 4th in the 2024 Republican Primary to replace outgoing US Congressman Jeff Duncan in the 3rd Congressional District (now held by Congresswoman Sheri Biggs – HERE).

Kevin Bishop – X.com:  HERE

We would recommend staying tuned … this is not the end of the 2026 South Carolina US Senate race … it is only the beginning.

And we may have knowledge of a few things in the works … 😉

The Ongoing Legislative Betrayals – S244

Legislators Keep Betraying The People

Published

on

South Carolina has a “Republican” supermajority … Republicans control the US House, the US Senate & the Presidency.  Why then can’t we get anything done in South Carolina???  Why not real school choice … real closed primaries … real judicial reform???

Why are legislators more interested in a “witch-hunt” against SC Treasurer Curtis Loftis … a darling of the grassroots and the most popular statewide elected official?  (See HERE).

Why can’t we get “simple” TORT REFORM that fixes a simple liquor liability issue that will SAVE OUR SMALL BUSINESSES???

South Carolina legislators are betraying The People … it has been ongoing for literally decades … and we are watching it right before our eyes with certain SC SENATORS’ desperate attempts to save S244 for BIG INSURANCE … and their failure to fix the liquor liability issue by simply passing H3497.

For years, South Carolina Senators have told us they support tort reform to help local businesses—bars, restaurants, and veterans’ halls—who are being crushed under the weight of skyrocketing liquor liability insurance rates.

They’ve stood in front of microphones, held town halls, sent newsletters and campaign ads proclaiming: “We’re here to help small businesses.” “We just want targeted reform.” “We believe in Main Street values.”

But last week, when they finally had the chance to prove it, they did the exact opposite.

(That Would Have Delivered)

Amendment 2A:  On Tuesday, March 18th the Senate Republican Leader Shane Massey (R – Edgefield) went back to the well in his endless attempts to save S244.  The session started at Noon … and went on until 10:20PM!!!

But it all went sideways for Massey again when Senator Stephen Goldfinch (R – Georgetown) offered a clear, focused solution:

  • A targeted amendment – to fix the liquor liability issue,
  • The text came straight from the unanimous House bill H3497,
  • And the amendment was designed solely to bring down insurance premiums for SC bars, restaurants, and VFWs – the root problem today.

There were no “gifts” for trial lawyer. No plaintiff windfalls. No poison pills. Just a simple clean fix to a specific problem that everyone—on both sides—agree needs to be addressed.

But as is typical … the SC Senate blocked it.

One more in a series of seemingly never ending BETRAYALS of their professed principals … and most assuredly a betrayal of The People & small businesses here in South Carolina.

Yes … just let that sink in … one more betrayal!!!

These SC State Senators had the exact language they have all supposedly wanted for years. They had the political cover. They had the moral obligation …

… and yet they killed it anyway.

You all know the story … “Watch what they DO, not what they SAY.”

It sounds just like what they have done on school choice … closed primaries … judicial reform.  No different than their “witch-hunt” against SC Treasurer Curtis Loftis.  It’s just what they do, and it seems never ending.

The SC Senate does what is best for the SC Senate … not The People … and not Small Business (and certainly not K-12 kids with special needs as it relates to our school choice fight – more on that soon).

Why?  Easy.  Follow the Money.

All of this & S244 was never really about helping small businesses.

S244 is nothing more than an “omnibus” tort reform bill, is not about local bar owners or keeping VFWs afloat. It’s about one thing: immunity for the most powerful corporations in America … it is about BIG INSURANCE.

The same Senators who claimed they were standing up for South Carolina businesses are now advancing a bill that:

Shields out-of-state trucking companies when they injure or kill our citizens.

Helps chemical manufacturers who poisoned SC water with PFAS avoid accountability.

Lets global manufacturers escape full responsibility when their products fail.

Protects insurance companies who delay, deny, and defend valid claims to protect their profit margins.

This bill is a gold-plated gift to corporate America, carefully wrapped in “reform” language and sold to the public as something it’s not.

It just another part of the Legislative GRIFT that lines the pockets of legislators and their monied special interest … at the expense of the Citizens of South Carolina.

The ongoing legislative betrayal!!!
